- Specially designed sessions are also available for pregnant women (particularly during the last 3-4 months of their pregnancy) + sessions for "expectant couples" close to the delivery date, with a practical focus on how to breathe during labour, on what positions are best & most comfortable for each individual, and on how partners can help and feel involved in experience. Chloe has run these sessions over many years and, happily, most couples come to her from word of mouth recommendations from previous parents.
